Fact or Fiction

Alright. We've all read those books or seen those movies about ghosts, werewolves/Lycans, vampires.. The whole bippidy, boppidy, boo. Well I'd like to ask, what do you think? Are some of them real? Or are they just stories made to scare little kids on Halloween? Personally I like to think they are real, but that's my personal opinion.
